After completing I.T.E.C. courses in Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology, I trained for 3 years at the European Shiatsu School, in both Athens and London, gaining the E.S.S. Diploma in Shiatsu. Studies included Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Pathology, Zen Shiatsu and Sotai (postural realignment). During this time I also completed the Auricular Acupuncture course at the AcuMedic Foundation in London, and continue to study Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dietry Therapy and Food Energetics.

Also based in the village of Milina is Nelieen, who runs Personal Development courses, and does work with the Indian system of Chakras, and Kari who teaches Yoga.
